 Machine description:

1. Modularization filling structure. Precise designing, high reliability and low wear rate; 

2. Hopper level control system. Auto alarm and screen display when there is insufficient material; 

3. Auto mechanical failure detection, diagnosing, alarm and stopping;  

4. PLC controlled electrical parts, which are from top famous brands. Production data can be printed out (optional); 

5. Production area is totally separated from drive area. All parts are easy to be dismantled; 

6. Ten-station index gearbox driven turret. Upper and lower segments move in one direction, which guarantees safe machine running. Full enclosure turret avoids oil pollution, which complies with GMP. 

7. Compressed air and vacuum device for segments cleaning. Rejected capsules are sucked at rejection station; 

8. Compact, sturdy covered with stainless steel panels. Acrylic transparent safety doors.

9. Pellet Attachment available to fill pellets,tablets & granules.
